Don’t Let Geopolitics Ruin Syria’s Transition
World powers may be tempted to leverage Syria’s new beginnings to their advantage, but pulling the interim government into regional or international disputes may doom the transition. Geopolitics is not a current priority for Syria’s new leaders.
